Great coffee as always
Coming on to give credit where it’s due. Received exceptional service from the woman who took my order to the woman who delivered my beverage at the window, I wish I had gotten their names. Exceptional. Actually made my morning.
I have been coming to this Starbucks often, I usually use the restroom and then I place my order. Today I was told I could not use the restroom due to a change in policy where I have to purchase my item first!! then I can use the bathroom. I tried to explain the employees that I needed to use the restroom First!! But I would definitely purchase something because that's what I usually do, the guy did not care, He insisted that the policy changed and I needed to buy something first, So let me get this straight...I have to pee ... read more
