There are 5-6 people working and only one person making the drinks. The staff lack and sense of rapid service. Drink orders were beginning to stack when I finally received my coffee.
They always close their app down on Saturdays for deliveries. Open the app. They are the better Starbucks on campus. The other one doesn’t follow basic hygienic practices. Neither locations can make a coffee or espresso without making it super bitter. There isn’t any amount of milk, sweetener, or water you can add to change the taste.
