The staff are polite and reasonably timely. The drinks and food compare to those at other Starbucks, never had a complaint with the taste or quality of things. The part that gets to me is that this guy in a collared shirt, who I assume is the manager, is always SUPER loud when I come in, and it ruins the atmosphere, especially on a college campus where people want to study in a coffee shop. had whipped cream on my cafe latte asked for it to be removed and got half the drink back. will not be coming back and would not recommend coming here, especially as someone who works at a different starbucks.
Great place to get coffee. Also, the employees are warm and welcoming
There are 5-6 people working and only one person making the drinks. The staff lack and sense of rapid service. Drink orders were beginning to stack when I finally received my coffee.
They always close their app down on Saturdays for deliveries. Open the app. They are the better Starbucks on campus. The other one doesn’t follow basic hygienic practices. Neither locations can make a coffee or espresso without making it super bitter. There isn’t any amount of milk, sweetener, or water you can add to change the taste.
