Thank you Miguel for giving such world class service with a smile and the ultimate spirit for customer satisfaction.. I ordered a venti iced. coffee with cream and Splenda. When Miguel brought it to the window ,it was a bit heavy on the cream. I mentioned it, and he was overly receptive to make it right. Jony, aka, the lady that knows her policies, treated us with extreme disrespect. We spend at least $300 a month at Starbucks for someone to make me chug my matcha and give her back her cup to throw away so she can give me a .50 cent refill on an ice tea. What a joke.
As one of my favorite characters once said: ‘Nice little village you’ve got here!’ This Starbucks is perfect for enjoying some leisurely time on their terrace.
The staff are so friendly and polite! They’re also so happy when I come and make me feel welcomed!
