If I could give zero stars I would! I’m an Uber driver and just needed to use the restroom. I was alerted by what I thought was a nice young girl telling me that in order to use the restroom I would have to buy something. That right there just shows me That they don’t actually care about basic human needs. On their website store hours are open until 8:30pm, however we arrived to the store at 8pm and the door was locked and staff told us the store was closed. This is a real inconvenience and would appreciate if hours were correct.
It's what you expect from a Starbucks location. They make the drinks properly but when it is prime time they can get backed up and your order may take some time
