I’ve gone out of my way to visit this Starbucks for years because the employees are consistently kind, professional, and welcoming. This review is NOT about them. They deserve recognition for handling an impossible situation with grace. I waited about 20 minutes in the drive-thru, but the wait itself wasn’t the problem. The Starbucks drinks are freshly made, and the staff here were pretty nice about walking me through caffeine-free options as I am pregnant. I ended up getting the Pink Drink with no caffeine, which tasted fresh, and I liked that they also had the chicken pocket here. Tables are fairly clean, and food was delivered within a couple of minutes which I greatly appreciated. It can be hard to find a spot here as this Starbucks is fairly small.
This was, without question, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Starbucks. I placed a mobile order for an iced coffee with NO ICE. The label on the cup clearly said “No Ice,” yet they still handed me a cup packed with ice. Mistakes happen, and if they had simply apologized and fixed it professionally, this review wouldn’t exist.
