I usually have great experiences with the drinks and drive-thru service here, which keeps me coming back. However, when I try to study or work inside, I often find the noise level overwhelming. The building’s acoustics tend to echo, and the music volume and style sometimes make it difficult to focus. Very friendly staff even at 6 am! Pastries were fresh and the store was clean and quiet.
Ordered food drive thru, only one car ahead. Had me waiting 10 minutes while they gossiped and passed a dog through drive thru window. F that.
There were 2 people in line, me being the 2nd. I have now waited over 15 mins for my drink to be made. Drive thru and mobile orders are coming out...but what about us in the actual restaurant? I guess we wait...craziness!
The drink taste so weird and it looks so weird . I been trying to finish it since 430 pm and is 6 pm already I can’t .. and these drinks are not cheap either
