I had a very poor experience here this morning. After ordering a Pike Place, I watched it sit by the coffee machine for over five minutes while the staff ignored it, despite there being no other customers in line. When I finally asked for my drink, the cashier (not the same one who took my order) was visibly annoyed and dismissive. The lack of service and unprofessional attitude was unacceptable!
Came first, drink last. Obviously the staff know nothing called first come first serve.
