Waited 10min it’s. No one working behind counter. Asked Giant staff and they had no clue where anyone was.
Angela has a bit of an attitude problem, I didn’t feel comfortable interacting with her at all. Before me or another customer even spoke she told both of us to not attack her for how busy she is. I’m not knocking her for it being busy, I get it’ll take a little extra time to make the drinks especially on a holiday weekend, but the attitude and interruptions were absolutely unnecessary. Annamei is the worst person who works here at Starbucks. She is very rude, disrespectful, and has very bad behavior. I was waiting to place my order, and she was busy on her phone for about 3–4 minutes instead of helping customers.
