Annamei is the worst person who works here at Starbucks. She is very rude, disrespectful, and has very bad behavior. I was waiting to place my order, and she was busy on her phone for about 3–4 minutes instead of helping customers.
Understaffed, drink comes out late and messed up. Wasted my money!
The barista is very kind, but please don’t waste your money here. Starbucks isn’t cheap, and to get watered down coffee each time is not worth it. I think she is new or just hasn’t been trained enough. She’s nice and I’m sorry but this coffee is so bad 😪
