I usually am in & out of this place daily no problem. I understand people are new and need training. However it’s getting old. I order the same thing everyday. And I’m very specific about what I want when ordering. TRAIN YOUR STAFFFFFFF
I ordered a hot Chai Latte at the drive-thru, but I was given an Iced Orange Cream Chai instead. I didn’t realize the mistake until I had already driven away. It was disappointing because I didn’t receive what I ordered. I hope the staff pays closer attention to customers’ orders in the future to avoid mistakes like this.
