Great coffee and food.
Terrible customer service—it was a total rip-off. The people who served me tonight, May 25, 2026, were extremely rude and mocking. I ordered a large drink and specifically asked for "no foam," but they handed me a cup that was half milk and half foam. I returned it, and they gave it back to me filled even lower than before, all while laughing mockingly. I went back again, and the employee pretended not to see me—refusing to serve me—even though she was looking right at me and making fun of me. An absolutely terrible place.
Good pit stop on the way to Red Bluff from Oakland
Did not do their job properly. Handed customer a cup of coffee without closing the cup lid. Spilled coffee all over. Day / Time of incident was May 7 2026 - around 5pm. When told, the ladies were nonchalant about the incident. Baristas need better training - either manager fail or barista fail
