First time I've ever had to deal with issues with a Starbucks, but this location is horrible. They close at 3:30pm (and they round up if you arrive at 3:20) and they don't take walk up orders. Drive thru only, and even on the app you can't place mobile orders. Sucks because I'm getting my oil changed next door so it's not like I can just drive somewhere else.
The wednesday closing staff very rude. Instead of acknowledging me at the window and saying hey we're closed they pretend not to see me until I knocked on the window. Very rude and unprofessional . And trust me, they saw me, one locked eyes with me.
