Don’t you just love it when the baristas are exasperated at having to do their job? I was polite and kind and received rudeness and indifference right off the bat. I ordered the same drink I always get at Starbucks, but had never been to this location. It tasted terrible so I asked for something else. $11 for a grande brown sugar shaken espresso with pumpkin cold foam is crazy. Then I didn’t even get the cold foam on my drink. Terrible
bought twice , threw away the whole cup of coffee twice. every time I go it has to get remade and then still turns out terrible. had to throw the whole entire cup of coffee in the trash every time because it’s just that bad. it separates within 2 minutes and is somehow so bitter it dries out my tongue
