Great location and staff overall!
I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and often use Starbucks locations as a place to read and work. Today’s experience was shocking and completely unacceptable. I parked my car in the customer parking area and went inside to work during a non-busy hour in an almost empty shopping mall.. Without any warning or announcement inside the store, the staff called a tow company and had my car towed. When I finished my work and went outside, my car was gone.
