I am a frequent customer of this store and always do my shopping here. However, I have noticed that Ms. Aika often treats customers with a poor attitude, giving the impression that she is not happy at her job. On my last visit, I made a mistake with my order and instead of receiving support, I was treated in an arrogant and rude manner. I believe this type of behavior does not reflect the good service customers normally expect at this place.

They have got to have rhe slowest service and the most unorganized group i ever seen 20 mins to make 2 drinks are you kidding me right now. Worst place ever
This is just bad foam, not a cup of coffee (latte). The women working here are very rude and lack professionalism.
I had a horrible experience with an employee Rayna not once, but twice. She was extremely rude not only to me as a customer, but she was treating her coworker horribly. She yelled at him at the top of her lungs and insulted him, despite him calmly telling her to stop yelling, she kept going in front of all the customers. It’s sad that despite going twice, clearly this store isn’t doing anything about their employees behavior. And he’s Hispanic too. I definitely won’t be going back if I see her behind the counter.
