I would like to file a complaint about a cashier at your store. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced unprofessional and rude behavior from this particular employee. Today, she was extremely rude and disrespectful during our interaction, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Before ordering, I asked the barista if it would be more convenient for HER for me to read out my order or show her a picture; she chose the latter. After she took my order from the picture and I paid, my drink came out missing cold foam (not a big deal). When I asked for it to include cold foam like I ordered, a different barista gave me attitude and proceeded to gaslight me, insisting that I should have included it in my order—despite me literally showing my photo with it to the cashier.
