Very quick! The staff were nice and quick!
Very sweet staff who were timely. They offered delicious substitutions when necessary, which led to combinations I wouldn't have tried before!
Talk about zero sense of urgency. Took about ten minutes to get a lemon cake and a latte. There was nobody else in line waiting. You have one person making drinks at a snails pace, and two other guys just walking around touching things as if they are trying to look busy. I would expect a Starbucks in a hospital of all places to try and be somewhat quick. I could have made my drink faster with one hand tied to my waist.
