This location told a customer they weren't selling the new cups until 6 AM. She waited, and got back in line only to find out that cashier had bought it. She waited for over an hour to get this cup for a friend. This customer was also told they got 10 of the specific cups she was looking for and sold them the day before (11/5). To say I’m angry is an understatement. I arrived on 11/6 at 4:55am to get a bear cup. I asked the employees (male) if they had the cup. They told me yes and they can’t put them out until 5:30. No big deal as they didn’t open until 5:30. I was then told I needed to wait for their manager Brandon to come in at 6. I continue to wait until 6 o’clock when Brandon got there the employee pointed out who he was to me so I could speak to him. He let me know he was trying to locate the cups that they received 10. Doesn't matter if you show up at 7:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m., this place never has dark roast. I find that pretty hard to believe since it's Starbucks...
