Consistently an extremely long wait and unfriendly staff. There is an employee at the window that is repeatedly rude and unfriendly. The quality of beverages is extremely subpar and food takes SO LONG to be made that its not worth waiting. Matcha is never blended correctly- and the cold foam is always runny and flat.

Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Even ordered a cold brew in hopes to get my order faster - no luck.
