RUDE employee. Placed a mobile order when their was no other customers and went through the drive thru, then was rudely shouted at by a worker telling us we “came to quickly to the pickup line” even though there were no other cars in line. We replied “Okay sorry, should we loop around again?” and she kept repeating in a snarky tone “If you want to.” Overall negative experience.
Truly a horrendous experience this morning. The woman who greeted us at the counter was miserable while taking our order. We got our drinks in a fairly reasonable amount of time but the pastry we ordered wasn’t coming out. When we went back to the register the same woman jumped down our throat and said it’s almost ready. We saw another employee working the ovens and he was just stacking all the completed orders and not bringing them to the pick up area. Long, bon et cher
I have never been to a slower Starbucks. It wasn’t busy at all, I waited 15 min for a venti hot vanilla chai. I ordered inside and honestly if the employees can’t take a look ahead of an order that someone placed inside vs drive-thru vs mobile is ridiculous. I thought after 5 min, ok but then another and then another. I was about to walk out but wanted to see how long it would take. What happened to this place? I used to breeze through in 5 min, in the last month it’s a minimum 20 min wait. Consistent staffing shortages. Needs new management.
