I recently moved close to this Starbucks location, so I started trying it. Three times in a row I've asked for "light or very little ice" with shaken beverages only to have half my cup be ice still! I'd even emphasized it the third time I went, and basically I felt ignored. The beverages themselves taste great, but I genuinely dislike too much ice, as it waters down the drink quickly. So having my instructions ignored was frustrating.
