Starbucks where they don't serve customers. The staff prefers to chat or clean while the customer waits to be served. We finally left
Its super cozy and they had matcha for my drink
Picked up an iced Americano as usual, drove to the office to take a sip of my coffee and it go all over me because the lid wasn’t on all the way. Guess it was my fault for not checking it but when you order something black with no room for cream or sugar, you would think they would put the lid on all the way. So not only did it go all over me. Horrible customer service. Trying to charge more than the actual price and act like I don't understand how the drink and price work. I get Starbucks every day. This store always made bad drinks. They always say this location is a franchise so they have their own rules so anything customers want or try to explain what want for the drink they never listen to.
