Horrible customer service. Trying to charge more than the actual price and act like I don't understand how the drink and price work. I get Starbucks every day. This store always made bad drinks. They always say this location is a franchise so they have their own rules so anything customers want or try to explain what want for the drink they never listen to.
If i could put no stars … I would. I asked for light ice and my drink was 50 percent ice as can be seen by the picture. So paid for frozen water basically…
Barista sneezes into her shirt multiple times and never washes hands. Gross!! And never once acknowledged that we were waiting for service for five minutes. Sorry Starbucks. You are not worth the wait or horrific service.
