Ordered food and drinks online for pickup. When I got there they informed me that they didn't have half the things I ordered. I had to go with items I didn't even like. That was my first and last time going to this location.
Either never open in the mornings when google says they’re suppose to-lobby opens sporadically but they don’t update online ordering to reflect-so then in turn sit in the wrapped around drive thru. Never consistency at this location.
This place lacks warmth and personality. The baristas don’t have a handle on concept of customer service, often ignoring you at the counter as you try to retrieve something they forgot to provide. They aldo repeatedly forget ingredients in my drink that I paid extra for. I once preordered my drink and walked 2 miles to to get it. It wasn’t ready. This is the absolute SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to! Ordered online for pickup and 30 minutes sitting behind 2 cars is absolutely ridiculous!
