Most slowest Starbucks, They need to either hire more people or pay more people. They are either slow or they are rude. Coffee ain’t cheap for you to get attitude from the slowest bunch.
The workers at this location are awesome. Always smiling, and cheerful even when they’re dealing with being short staffed or rude customers. People are so negative anymore. It’s nice to see a team commit to promoting positivity. I’ve read through some of the recent reviews… Some of you should be ashamed. Imagine someone coming to your place of work, treating you or talking to you how I’ve seen MOST of you speak to them, and then writing a whole a** novel on how sh**** “their” customer service was. I agree with a lot of the comments on here. I used to go to Oak Point or Nagel Road when I lived in Elyria until I moved closer to the Lorain Starbucks. Lorain is slow, drinks always taste terrible and they never put their milk away. It is always on the counter. That's why it taste like spoiled milk in the coffee.
