Starbucks is cool it's OK. I heard about the mouse 🪤 problem that Authentic Cheesesteak Hoagie place next door is having. 🫢 I hope they don't Inherit that problem.
June 24 at approximately 1:03pm. I walked in and walked up to the counter. Approaching the counter was made eye contact with by an employee who didn't speak or acknowledge me at all. Stood at the register for approximately 20 seconds and still zero acknowledgement. I turned around and walked out. A simple, we'll be right with you would have been great. That was once how people treated one another. If I have to speak or acknowledge you first when I walk into your place of employment then something is backwards. Do better!
Absolutely disgusting. Floors are sticky and gross. Dust everywhere. No regard for customers time. I walked in today, A lady was having a conversation with one of her friends, 10-15 min passed by so I leave. They have no regard for customer service at all. Very rude staff
