I just wanted to thank Vicky for being a wonderful person. Beautiful smile and just a friendly person. Everyone should take an example from her how to treat people. I wish I could give her a raise myself. Her manager is great to but I forgot to get his name.
Very very slow. If you’re in a hurry, I don’t recommend to use this location. It takes about 30minutes to get one drink. I decided to use app to order ahead of time because I know it’s so slow here and still, they take average 30 minutes or more to get ready.
SO SLOW it's painful especially the DT. They ignore you if you go inside and are trying to get their attention for pick up orders. They don't prioritize mobile orders. So frustrating.
So disappointed. I always hated going to this location because the service is so slow. Today was extra special because I sat in line for 30 mins with 3 cars ahead me. Car #1 and #2 each had one drink and car #3 had 2 drinks and a food item. And the food item came out 15 mins before their drinks. And I couldnt even leave because the drive through is molded for only 1 row cars and there were cars behind me.
