The partners at the JCylde store are phenomenal!!! They are friendly, polite, helpful, and professional. They always make me feel seen, happy, and appreciated, and I leave with an awesome tasting Iced Tea!!
went here, Saturday, July 26 sat down for about an hour waiting on someone to meet me there. One of the workers comes up to me saying that I need to purchase something or she’s gonna have to ask me to leave. Not even two minutes later she comes back saying that we need to leave or I’m calling the police while i’m on my phone I’m literally making an order on my phone. Standing here for 20 minutes at the pickup counter. Didn't acknowledge me and they messed up my order. And they are still pretending that I'm not standing here. I finally spoke up to get staff's attention and met with excuses after they completed everyone else's orders after mine. After my order was corrected, I was left with a passive aggressive "I hope your day gets better."
Was offered description s of coffee and even samples!!
