This place is awful. I hadn’t gone in months, bc they always mess up my order. They literally screw up my order 100% of the time. I mean, not once have they been able to read the instructions on the cup and actually follow the directions. I made the mistake of going yesterday and today…and it was wrong both days. I don’t comprehend where the disconnect is at all. Dark roast is superb, staff was GREAT
I asked for cold foam on a drink that I picked up immediately in store and was condescended to by two employees who exchanged glances and eye rolls explaining that cold foam melts on hot drinks. I have ordered this up and down the east coast. Nobody deserves to be made to feel like this when asking for something they ordered to come out correctly. Do better.
Has become my fav starbucks , everyones nice and my drink is always right🙂
