Ordered 2 identical drinks. They came out completely different colors and asked for oatmilk, but with how sick I am, I'm assuming it was dairy.
I use to always love going to the Starbucks on west 11th until the last couple months. I don’t know what is going on, but they just can’t seem to get it right. Coffee is never hot enough and the service is not what it use to be. Staff use to be cheerful and at least have a hello and a smile. I don’t expect them to be over the top, but dang. This isn’t the first review I’ve left like this, so apparently the staff meeting didn’t help or they just don’t care!
