Always out of food and never update the app
Refuse to make my drink correctly when im paying $6 for it. I get a refresher with no ice at every location around but this one always refuses and doesnt even ask if its okay before filling half the cup with ice on a mobile order. Everyday its a hit or miss on who does it or not. 3/5 days theyll follow the request, next day they are unable to do it.
It’s faster to walk to your car, drive to the other Starbucks across town, and drive back than to wait for the staff here. It took 30 mins for me to get my drink with only 8 people ahead of me
Employee with red hair was alone and handed it very well, felt bad that she was alone. College campus location is busy, one employee is not enough
Hours are a lie. Went there at 8 pm to get some coffee and I checked the hours online saying they were open till 10 pm, they were already closed.
