I’m a regular customer at this location but lately I’ve noticed a lot of inconsistency in the flavor of the iced coffee drinks. Sometimes it tastes bitter, sometimes watered down, sometimes too much espresso and it’s become difficult to enjoy. I’m honestly disappointed, as I expect a more consistent experience from Starbucks. I hope this can be addressed moving forward.
I went there after my shift at menchies and was there for about 3 hours. And I have to say wow, please give a raise to the guy with a big beard/mustache and a black beanie and the girl with blue hair on the ends and a lot of pins. The girl was very nice and attentive, friendly and welcoming! The guy had such a nice smile and he was extremely friendly, their service was incredible and outstanding! This happened 7/10 at 10:15 am My husband grinded a bag of coffee for my espresso machine, I know this was grinded wrong so I wanted a different bag because it’s brand new. Barely used. He was asked for a receipt which he didn’t have because it was a gift. But we’ve been costumers for a really long time and we’ve never had a problem like this.
