It seems the tall cups are about half the size they use to be. Also, none of the girls working behind the counter had their hair up. The counter where they put your finished drink was covered in hair. The girl sat my drink right in the middle of a bundle of hair. I dumped my drink in the trash on the way out.
How disappointing! I go to Starbucks all the time, and just the other day I had such a great experience at this same Starbucks, but today I just have to say that I’m thoroughly disappointed with the way I was treated when I asked a young lady to re-make my drink because she did it wrong. The older lady who was working Wednesday morning is such a sweetheart. Her conversation definitely made my day as well as her drink!
Today is my mom’s 60th birthday, all morning she was looking forward to her free Starbucks, there was a miscommunication and she got charged for her birthday drink which was fine, accidents happen, but when she tried to explain, the two ladies behind the register were so rude to her stating “well we don’t know it’s your birthday”, eyeing each other and smirking behind her back. She left so upset which made me upset. The immaturity and lack of sympathy for my mom not understanding how the coupon worked disgusted me.
