This Starbucks has an outstanding staff from morning to night. They know my orders and strive to make each of my visits the best! Grayson, Grace, Paul, Sara, Isabel, & Brayden are the BEST!! The manager, Kate, is outstanding !!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had been driving since 5:30 AM and I pulled over to grab a coffee at this location. I accidentally drove right past the first ordering window and when I got to the next window, I let the girl know I think I drove past the first window and asked if I should pull back around keep in mind there was no one in line and no one behind me. I had a disappointing experience with customer service. The staff, including the manager, was quite rude. I placed two orders: one for $10.06, which included a Medium refresher and a croissant, and another for $10.68, consisting of a Venti caramel frappuccino made with oat milk and a cake pop. When I paid for the first order, the employee incorrectly stated the total as $10.07. I handed her $20.06 and mentioned I would grab a penny for the change.
