immediately ran to write a review after a particularly pleasant experience today. the customer service is always friendly, but Dee was the kindest and most helpful Starbucks employee I’ve ever met. my throat has been hurting and I’ve been fighting a cold, and she helped make great recommendations on what I should order based on my preferences and needs. This store has the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. They’re super welcoming and go above and beyond to make everything perfect. I felt like royalty this morning, the staff at this store all deserve a raise, 100%.
Let me start by saying this review has nothing to do with the store or the customer service rather Starbucks politics. How is it possible NJ was recently hit by serious flooding and many families in Plainfield and North Plainfield lost everything, but Starbucks in Basking Ridge is donating to the floods in Texas ? While I understand there is no comparison, I would’ve been nice for Starbucks NJ to support NJ towns.
