⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Starbucks consistently goes above and beyond with customer service. The entire staff is always upbeat, friendly, and welcoming, and they create such a positive atmosphere every time I come in. The baristas are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they take the time to make sure each order is done right. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and that level of service is rare. One of the best Starbucks locations I’ve been to—highly recommend!

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my daughter had at this Starbucks location. She was refused service by the barista for no clear reason at all. She was respectful and polite, yet was treated with unnecessary attitude and disregard. As a paying customer, she deserved to be treated with basic decency. There was no explanation, no apology — just flat-out refusal to serve her. if i could give a zero for the customer service i would ! my 15 year old daughter i sent over to buy a 5x 100 dollar gift card as she walked over and no one acknowledged her, so I walked over and asked excuse me where are your gift cards? She pointed it didn’t tell me where they were.
