Typically I go to Starbucks for a beverage that includes espresso. Apparently this was out of their scope of practice, because after I ordered a hot latte, got in my car, and headed to my doctors appointment, I regretfully found that they served me a hot cup of oat milk. No espresso to be found. I am really glad I paid $6 for that…
If they can’t collect points/redeem rewards, I hope they can mark it on the location. Really disappointed of wasting my time here.
