Staff is always super friendly! I never feel like the wait is long because they always chat with you while they work their magic. Even when I'm not sure of what to order, they're very patient and help me decide on what to try Although rare, if my order's not right they are quick to fix the mistake. This is my all time favorite stop anytime I'm in town
The coffee tasted burned and was lukewarm. There was only one batista, not an uncommon thing for this location for my occasional visits. I asked for a venti coffee. A real simple order, and was given a grande. Its in a grocery store if that gives you an idea of the atmosphere, could be better if i didnt know the condition of the stock room the starbucks is in as the bathrooms in the grocery store reek. I visited the Lebanon, MO location for beans. The barista was rude as heck, she thought it was a good idea to strike up an argument with me. I've been roasting my own beans since before she was born, I only stopped to buy some as I wasn't roasting this week. The beans were supposed to be single source Etheopian blonde roast, should have been a really good bean.
