So I come in on a regular basis, the other day I had an issue and one of the employees went to grab their general and assistant manager that I asked to speak too to resolve this issue. Worst customer service, the staff seems to be mad and not like to take orders
When they said it’s gonna have a little space left I didnt expect 15% of drink to not be there for the no ice option. Hot drinks have no ice and they are filled up to the top. Explain that to me. Why do I have to pay for frozen water?
