I love that we have a Starbucks in Rome now!
Order was wrong ordered hot got cold, no strawberry cold foam either
Doesn't take money apparently unless it's a gift card or cash... Can't even use the Starbucks app. Because they aren't a corporate site? Then couldn't do the drink we paid for and had to do a cheaper drink than what I paid for.
The staff is amazing and very kind. It’s good to see a place where the employees do their job well.
Every employee there was "busy" talking to their friends in the dining area or stocking shelves of "mystery cups" instead of taking orders or working on drinks. Got overcharged for a small latte that was wrong anyway. Drink was fine but not what we asked for.
