If I could rate no stars! Worst customer service I ever had at Starbucks! Counter guy was rude and very short when I asked questions he spoke so fast and soft and then my drink was terrible and no energy added! I asked and he said “rudely you didn’t say u wanted it “ I said as a paying customer I never had to the cashier always has said do you want a extra energy shot in you drink. May 24, 2026: Lady manager claimed they were unable to load money onto my Reserve Status App and deduct my coffee order because they are "NOT Corporate!" Refused to provide her name and was rude and disrespectful. Would NOT recommend this Starbucks location for Out-of-State Travelers.
The staff seemed unfriendly when I asked why my drink wasn’t filled properly. Not the level of service I expect here.
