Closed at 18:00. How disappointing, and on top of that they hadn’t displayed so. 2 employees in the back acting as if they were open.
So I come in on a regular basis, the other day I had an issue and one of the employees went to grab their general and assistant manager that I asked to speak too to resolve this issue. One of the employees made my drink wrong and come to find out it was the assistant manager her name was Erica. She went to grab her manager who was one of the most rude people I’ve ever met. Worst customer service, the staff seems to be mad and not like to take orders
When they said it’s gonna have a little space left I didnt expect 15% of drink to not be there for the no ice option. Hot drinks have no ice and they are filled up to the top. Explain that to me. Why do I have to pay for frozen water?
