Stopped at 630am, hours says open and nobody is there. A grocery store employee told me they’re closed
Madison, was the most sour person I have dealt with . I bought tumblers that were 50% off and said she had to ring them up separately. Which by her attitude, she didn’t want to have to do. She grudgingly figured out the prices and rang them up separately. I let customers who came in after me, to go ahead of me, as this was a process for Madison. Do not go to this Starbucks they are understaffed and have no one working. Go to a different one that has multiple people working.
Went here to get coffee, called in advance to see if they had the drink I wanted said they did. I arrive and the barista is in the bathroom for 15 minutes straight. She gets back I order and then she proceeds to tell me they are out of stock. Then I re order and the drink I got did not taste good. This is the second not good experience I have had here in a week.
