I go here often and every time I'm hoping to have a better experience from customer service feels like the young lady taking orders is forced to be there I wonder if employees get trained before starting working at customer service or who ever is there now is just not happy with her job
I went to this Starbucks for one specific drink the summer skies my daughter ordered a peach green tea and I the skies drink the guy says ok but we don't have the boba then the barista came up from behind him like no we can't sell it without the boba so I decided to get another drink after I told him my drink he asked what was the first thing you wanted and turned out he wasn't even putting the order in the machine after that I went to give home my rewards scan thing and he said it won't work because it's not a bar code ya r... read more
