Really disappointing customer service. I went through the drive-thru around 5:30 PM on Sunday, September 13. I first ordered an ice water for my pregnant wife, who had specifically been craving one from Starbucks, and then asked for a cup of ice. I was in drive through and the girl couldn’t hear me so I had to say my order 3 times but that wasn’t the issue. When I got to the window. I politely verified my order. She was clearly annoyed but I gave her grace and let it slide. When it came to payment. The reader kept declining my card. I checked to make sure there wasn’t any issues on my end by checking my banking account. Which showed the transaction and the money taken out. The barista working the drive thru was extremely rude. I had a mobile order placed for 10:15 and I’m not joking when I say it was 10:14 when we pulled into the drive thru… and she acted like we showed up 15 minutes early! I said “hi, i have a mobile order!” And the barista acted confused for a couple seconds before saying, “oh, i see here that you have that order placed for 10:15.” Yep, I do! They were busy and were training a new hire. Even so the staff went out of the way to give me a nice visit.
