The atmosphere at this Starbucks was clean and welcoming, but the service during this visit was very disappointing. There was only one customer inside, yet I still waited several minutes at the counter before anyone acknowledged me, and only a drive-thru employee eventually came over to help. So disappointing! Not certain what was wrong with the car in front of me drinks But, it's definitely unfortunate that I paid the price of it. My drink was sitting on the counter made long enough that the ice was definitely melted and there was no longer a chill to it by the time I arrived at the drive thru window. Doesn't seem right that the issues with their drinks should also effect mine. If you are not going to have that car pull up somewhere to serve the cars behind it.
