I go to this location about every other day. I order the same drink just about every time. And depending on who is working, the price ranges from $4 and some change to $7. Paying that much for an almond milk latte is insane and I have brought it up multiple times, and I'm always addressed as a "Karen." When I am charged about $7, I am told, "well the other employees aren't ringing it in right." I don't accept this because it's not a complicated drink with crazy modifications. Jess and Laura are amazing. There are several new faces who are just as friendly and kind. My drinks are always delicious and the food is perfect. Hands down, west side is the best side!
