8 people were "working" but none moving faster than a snail. Preferring was very slow. I ordered pumpkin bread, paid for pumpkin bread and waited. After our coffee drinks came I asked about the pumpkin bread. At which point I was informed they were out.
I give 1 star bc is the only option. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My coffee tasted watery and I ordered also a cheese danish. 10 min after having my coffee one of the approach me and asks what I’m waiting for. And proceeds to prepare my cheese danish. They really need to make some changes on that crew
