The staff is honestly the sweetest and most helpful staff I've encountered at any Starbucks. I love my Blvd Starbucks.
For starters the music is always SO EXTREMELY LOUD. To the point you can not even have a conversation with the cashier. The manger Nicolas is completely and utterly RUDE. Every time I come in he is always talking to the other staff, just chilling, while you can clearly see the other workers stressed out trying to keep up. My last visit he was completely rude and demeaning to one of the young lady’s, who was going at Mac 10 trying to get orders done while Nicolas just stood there, spoke down to her, insulted her, and is plain... read more
Simply the best energy! I've had some of the roughest days and they have been there with a smile and a wonderful cup of coffee already know my order extremely efficient crew super respectful super kind I love this Starbucks!
