I wanted to share some feedback based on something I’ve noticed during my visits to this Starbucks location. When management is present, the employees seem very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. They acknowledge customers, greet them, make eye contact, and provide great customer service. However, I’ve noticed that when management is not present, the customer service can be very different. Worker was completely rude and literally tried to accuse me of stealing for requesting a splash of lemonade. I come here 2-3 times a week because I work nearby so it’s a convenient location. I’ve never had this experience until today. Said “I’ve been trying to get away with it and not pay” when this was never the issue. I’ve requested this drink on the app before with the light lemonade option but they always end up putting way too much lemonade when all I want is literally a small tiny splash.
