First time at this Starbucks today and had a great experience! My daughter accidentally ordered a matcha with strawberry cold foam instead of a white mocha, but the barista (black braid, purple name tag) was super sweet and quickly remade it for her with no hassle. Plus, they were giving out free drinks because of some training event. Will definitely be back!

Every single time I come here my drink is messed up. Like I don’t understand why it’s so hard to give me the correct cold foam that I ordered and paid for???!
