This is a fantastic store, however, this parking lot needs to be cleaned up. This is terrible approach appeal. Presentation is everything and if you cannot maintain a good appearance it makes me question your quality indoors. My coffee is great today.
I would give 0 star if possible I’m vegetarian and i orderd falafel pocket they gave me chicken pockets and they were like oh sorry i can give you another one We never expected this from startbucks never going to come here again
Through the drive thru, I ordered a Venti Hot Latte with 4 shots and almond milk. The cashier did not enter the order so that I could confirm it in the screen. When I went to pay at the window, the amount was not correct, so I repeated my order and she changed the amount. However, the drink was already prepared, MINUS the 4 shots. Poor and dishonest service.
Drinks are always good but the wait at this one is far longer than any other Starbucks I go to, and it sucks because it takes so long that it is no difference in time in the morning getting to work and my other Starbucks is ten minutes in the opposite direction 🥲
I came around 10am on a Sunday. After I ordered I waited 15 min for 2 cars to move. Myself, as well as multiple other cars in the line left because it took so long. I've never left a drive thru line before and was disappointed to have to do so.
