It’s evident why the Google reviews are low. Bad inventory management, suggestive sell another item only to find out that item is sold out, when they offered me another item I thought “2 strikes is there any reason why you can’t comp my sandwich” only to be told by the he manager it would mess up the inventory. What messes up the inventory is when someone doesn’t ring up an item and gives it away for free. Do better Starbucks poor management skills.
Asked for two drinks only received one incorrectly. I believe I was very clear with the way I ordered never again. Service is just horrible here I never have a problem at any other location. It was just me and another car and it took about 20 minutes to get my drink.
The new people seem stressed under pressure, drinks are taking 20mins for a venti white mocha, and getting drinks wrong. I would not come here.
