I have never had a problem ordering from here. 9 out of 10 times I use my mobile app for either drive thru pickup or in store pickup. I can’t attest for the in store experience or customer service because I order ahead of time but I’ve always been greeted upon entering. Seems like people like to come here for work and it’s a nice quiet environment for that. I love my neighborhood Starbucks!
Very Slow and to hot inside.
Not all Starbucks are created equal unfortunately. Pros: never any long wait, friendly staff. Cons: drinks are always terrible. I’ve tried mobile ordering and going through the drive thru and all 3 times my pretty simple ice coffee was not good. First time they put the wrong syrup, other 2 times they poured tons of oat milk in it rather than the “1/2 splash” I always select so you can’t taste any coffee at all. They also charge 80 cents for syrup which both of the locations by my home do not.
This is my second visit in this starbucks location. When my mom told me they were opening a starbucks in her area, I was excited. I was in town a week after the grand opening as I was visiting from out of state. I walked in to the newly opened starbucks and placed my order. I waited 40 mins...
