I came in at 12:00pm sept. 25th and about 3 of 5 employees were on their phones and off task. I’m not normally someone to complain, but I watched another employee have a whole conversation on the phone with someone for maybe 5 minutes plus visible to customers after my order was taken and the employee that took my order was also on her phone while she took my order, and then put it in wrong. This has got to be the worst starbucks ever. Don’t order ahead because they still won’t make it till you get there.
