The staff is always friendly at this location.
I’m moving a way to college and I just have to say I’m going to miss this Starbucks. The staff here has made me feel like family. Every time they see me, they greet me with smiles and joy and it’s really been a highlight to my day. I’ve never connected more with baristas than I have at this Starbucks. This store location is absolutely terrible. I went in to pick up my mobile order at 7 o’clock this morning, and the doors were locked. None of the lights were on as if they were not open. I was not given any type of refund or any compensation to rectify this issue. Also The last time I came to this location, there was a short African-American woman with glasses and her attitude was absolutely disgusting and completely unprofessional, I believe she was the new store manager. They’re definitely in my top three favorite Georgia Starbucks with convenient location being the #1 reason. Immediately followed by their amazing staff. Not only do team members tailor orders to your liking, they often greet you cheerfully or even bring your order to your table. Definitely a south Fulton gem
