Unfortunately there is no system in the mornings when it comes organization. Waited 10 minutes for an order that was ready but not packed up. Unfortunately Mikayla was so busy even after acknowledging why I was there and confirming that my order was ready she still could not hand me my order because someone needed to package it. Now the somebody could have been her but I digress. Not the best Starbucks location at all.
It does not matter how early I get here…I know I’m going to be late for work. Placing a mobile order ahead of time does nothing. The service is soooooo slow.
0 stars. This Starbucks was one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. We were visiting family in ATL and wanted to celebrate my niece’s 14th birthday. We simply asked if her drink could be free for her birthday, and the lady told us no because she needed to have a Rewards account. She did end up giving us the drink for free, but she had an attitude about it the entire time. Attitude was terrible, workers were gossiping about customers because the drink wasn’t what was expected. I hope she didn’t spit in my drink with her nasty attitude.
Went inside of Starbucks to place my order of Pike with whipped cream. The usual service is as soon as I pay the associate pours, the coffee, whip cream and hands off. This time my name was added, and it looked like my coffee just got forgotten. Another associate asked if my order was taken, I said yes, that associate next to you except she looked confused of which one to tell her was my cup that hasn’t been filled with coffee yet.
