We go to Starbucks almost everyday, no matter where we are in the country, or out it. This Starbucks is habitually slow. I place an online order 15-20 minutes before I arrive and still have wait. What's worse is when the manager is camped out in the lobby taking up majority of the large central table. Don't you have an office? It literally kills me waiting for my already placed on line order and just seeing her camped there while the employees are scrambling.
I appreciate Nisha’s customer service so much. They were swamped with orders but she was so kind and sweet. When your baristas are bright and smiling you don’t mind a little wait. She even remembered my name after handing out many orders after that. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back! Love it!
Starbucks... do better next time, you little gave me a sip of drink all becausei didnt want ice in my cup so my coffee didnt get watered down... very disappointed
