Service here is awful the kids are rude in the drive thru
yesterday i was really craving a matcha latte & when i received my drink i was immediately surprised with chlorophyll chunks!! not a very good texture at all… so i asked for it to be remade where the chlorophyll was even stronger & the texture was still there throughout the drink one of the girls mentioned a change in the way they prepare the drink- from initially hand-shaking to some sort of blending?? i’ve never had this issue at the starbucks’ in high point! it was just not good & i would recommend somebody making a chang... read more
Super rude closed locked the door on us as we were parking it was only 9:17!! Super disrespectful and unprofessional!! Didn’t even buy anything because I knew it was still open till 9:30pm
I ordered a large caramel macchiato, iced. It tasted great, but they put the wrong top on so it spilled everywhere in my lap. That's basic stuff. I'm traveling, so I could easily say I'll never be back.
