Neesha the Barista made one of my 3 mobile order drinks and placed it out for pick up. It was over 10 minutes when I asked about other 2. One was made but left at drive thru window and the 3rd she said was being made now. I watched her make 2 other drinks then my 3rd one. I waited over 25 minutes from when order was placed. She then began yelling at me across the crowded seating area. I told her all she needed to do was say sorry I messed up on your drinks and all would have been fine but she is so unprofessional. The short female at the drive thru window at 4:50am on 2/18/26 needs to be fired. No eye contact, no hello, no smile, no thank you, no kiss my ass, nothing.. a robot would have more people skills & personality. ZZZZZZZZZ
Fast service, even when their line is going down the street, never been rude and super clean. If I get my order wrong they correct it for me with no problems. Always had good service at this location.
