This morning, I ordered an iced Americano from this place. It arrived in just five minutes, but there wasn’t a single ice cube, and it was at room temperature. When I asked the staff if this was really an iced Americano, they said it was. I am a loyal Starbucks customer and make sure to have at least one cup every day. However, the coffee here was nothing like Starbucks. I was very disappointed. The taste was bland, and the balance between water, espresso, and ice was completely off.
It's located up the escalators. There's lots of comfortable seating and tables for 2 and 4, with power. Wifi is either nonexistent or unreliable, so if you need that, be prepared to use your own data/hotspot.
