The old guy (assuming who’s the manager or lead) is always so vague and rude. I come here regularly and honestly the atmosphere at this location is awful.
The male employee was not good at customer service. He gave the feeling that he did not want to be there or helping customers. He didn't give me a receipt. And I asked for my drink to be well stirred and it was not. All of the syrup was at the bottom. He was so unpleasant I can't help but think it was done on purpose. And my drink was $8 plus tip. I will not go back to this location.
You can’t a refill on water unless you buy another item.
I give it a 1 because there was a male cashier that kept walking away from us instead of helping us. We ordered 2 banana nut breads he brought 1 then over 5 minutes later he brought the other banana nut bread. I had to check our breads to make sure he didn't do anything to our bread. I wish I could give a 5 star for the young ladies that were there. Their customer service was a 5 star.
Walked in to redeem my rewards, and I was amazed! The customer service here was incredible! I was so happy and the Bautista who served me was outstanding! Thank you so much!
