Edit 7/19/26: Drinks still taste terrible. Maybe they’re out of the sugar free vanilla syrup… our drinks just tasted like burnt coffee. Our drinks lately have been made like crap and taste terrible. I’m done with giving this location chances.
This spot sucks.
I'm not sure what it is about my order that is so challenging but it's made incorrectly every single time lately. Maybe the staff is so busy in the morning they don't take the time to check what's on the label but when I request (and now have to pay for!) extra scoops of matcha, I never get it. The drink always tastes like hot milk and it's barely green. Gross. I just can't justify paying $8 for hot milk. Yes, I know I can request to have them make it again, but I don't always have time to do that when I'm on my way to work.
