I had a very frustrating experience today. It took about 20 minutes or more just to prepare an everything bagel, and I waited over 10 minutes just to place my order because no one was available to assist customers. I stopped in while visiting the area to get some work done. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I set up with my laptop in the corner and the barista walked my drink over to me and saved me a trip back to the pick-up counter. The employees remained upbeat and positive during my time. Starbucks is Starbucks, but the customer experience here is worth the visit.
