One time I had placed an order online on the Starbucks app and accidentally hit drive thru instead of picking up inside. So I walked in and waited for my drink (was not busy) until this rude young lady said what was I waiting for, I answered with my name and the drink, and she walked over to grab my drink and told me with so much attitude to not place a drive thru order if I am walking inside. I was shocked. Starbucks, DO BETTER.
Sorry but yall don’t know how to make a brown sugar shaken espresso. This hurts cuz I used to be a partner. Made me sad :(
The food and drink came out well and the baristas were working hard, but it took 25 minutes for my drink to be made. When things are backed up like that, particularly in a scenario when it isn’t visually clear because there isn’t a line of people, then the customer should be warned about the wait BEFORE they complete their order. Ordered a venti caramel machiato, it was half full! She tried to gaslight me into that being normal. Never coming back to this trash hole.
