I wish I could give zero star! This have the worse customer service! Specially when the barista is the older white female. I don’t know her name but very rude to customers. I went to pick up my online order and when I get there it was on the counter. I asked if I can just get it then she replied with a very rude tone “Well is it yours?!” I said it has my name on it but I just don’t wanna take it without asking you. Why does this Starbucks make a better iced shaken espresso than any other Starbucks in Escondido? Maybe the espresso machine just works well? Idk but the espresso tastes great at this location specifically.
