Shannon at this location is very unwelcoming. I come to this location 3/4 times a week and leave with a terrible experience every single time she is at the window. Everyone else speaks and provides a very happy experience. I brought this up with the manager and it still continues. I will now be taking my business to another location. I should never feel upset every time I leave from getting coffee somewhere especially as my first interaction for the day. Very cool place to chill. Drink was great, place was very relaxing. If I’m back in the area I will stop by again.
Absolutely NEVER go here if the store manager is present. I have never seen someone running a store be so rude to a customer. How dare she go "So no food" as if she's working in a mc donalds. The "Safe" people are Keon, Jessie and Shannon. You don't need to worry about their attitudes. Those three are some of the best and I've never seen them be rude to anyone.
