Updated review 9/18/26: Still a wonderful location. I experienced an issue this morning, and it was during their busiest time. I'm not sure if someone took my drink or the label got misplaced, but it was handled professionally and kind. The manager maintained awareness of everyone waiting and continued to interact and keep people updated. It was very professional and appreciated. Destinee is the best Bautista at this location. Highly recommend won’t go there unless she’s working.
They are too slow. There r four girls inside but only one was working. Others were just laughing and talking and not addressing customers. Had to wait too long just for a coffee. Also asked for extra expresso shot and paid more, but never got the extra shot.. i use this branch most but alws had the same issue
The lovely older lady with reddish hair was such a pleasure to order from. Today at 11:00am she made my unpleasant day much brighter. I would like for her to receive the recognition she deserves for being so kind and fun to interact with. Thank you lovely lady❤️
