I go to a lot of different Starbucks, but this location has the BEST service I’ve seen. Everyone is so friendly, polite and quick. I love coming here.
Abysmal service. I ordered a latte for pickup. It was supposed to be ready at 2:18 PM. I arrived and the place is virtually empty and the employees are lazing around. My drink wasn’t ready until 2:37 PM.
I don't go to Starbucks often, but this is the first time I have truly been impressed. Thank you to the barista at the drive-thru for explaining something to me very pleasantly, for the courteous service and for the fresh coffees!
Came through the drive thru yesterday and was surprised to see how "COLORFUL" the store staff has become. The girl at the window wasn't what I expected to see, I think I'll try the kirkwood location next time.
