DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION AFTER 11 AM. There's something about that late morning crew that takes absolutely no pride in their job. The food is always poorly prepared. The drinks are made incorrectly. And the cashiers don't like to give napkins, utensils, or even a bag if you have multiple items. It's ridiculous. One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to—super friendly and welcoming staff!
This company is in serious trouble. Every location the staff lacks any bit of energy excitement enthusiasm. Forget customer service you lucky if they grunt at you and roll their eyes when taking your order. Sadly not unique to this location everyone seems miserable.
