My experience at this establishment was exceedingly disappointing. The barista exhibited a considerable lack of professionalism and displayed an unpleasant demeanor. I requested a venti drink; however, it was processed as a grande. When I inquired about blonde espresso, I was informed that “it already comes that way.” This assumption, made without consideration of the fact that it may have been my first visit, was quite disrespectful.
