It all started simply. Me, the sole customer in the Target Starbucks. He, the lone barista behind the counter. I ordered simple, cold brew with a touch of heavy cream. He proceeded to put voluminous pumps of syrup into my cup before pouring my coffee. Extremely disappointing customer service. I waited for 15 minutes, expecting either my name or drink order to be called out, but neither happened. When I finally approached the counter, the employee rudely asked, ‘What did you even order?’ She then told me that ‘someone took your drink,’. Instead of telling me they were out of something I ordered he prepared everything and let me find out on my own while searching the whole counter because he didn't call my name to let me know anything was done. When I asked about missing item he tried three different lies. Long haired fellow Tried " you said you didn't want it" well then you said you did but we don't have it and then oh I didn't hear you but we don't have it anyway. Hire someone who isn't on drugs.
