I am rating 5 stars for the amazing barista (I think she was a manager) who was the only one working behind the bar while another barista, Mohammed, was taking out the trashes. He proceeded to be disrespectful to the barista who was doing a million things at once to make sure the other customers and I were taken care of. He disregarded the instruction she gave and was condescending and rude- it was very disheartening to see.
I was having a sad day and wanted my usual vanilla sweet cream cold brew. The wifi didn’t work, and my order tasted very bitter and unlike any I got from other locations. Now I’m even sadder sipping on some harsh caffeine 🥲
