Every single time I go in and order a certain drink, if a certain person is working, she tells me she can’t make it. It’s the lavender matcha, in season and on the menu. The excuses range from I just cleaned the blender to I don’t have supplies.
I had went to go try there ice gingerbread oatmilk chai and who ever made my drink it was wrong it tasted like straight up espresso instead of chai. Never will be going there again
Hardly ever do they have what is required for the coffee they advertise. Manager is very rude about it. Other employees are nice.
