I have bin a Starbucks gold member for over 10 years now, and on average get a coffee 2 or 3 times a month. I love how friendly the baristas typically are, and how eager they are to help you. I had an instant soup and needed a cup of hot water. In other Starbucks locations in the past they have givin it with out even charging, but I would have bin happy to pay having in mind I'm taking there time, hot cup, and water.
